Terms and Conditions
- The Terms and Conditions below, packages, options and functionality etc. can change at any time.
- Client must supply all business info, services offered, contact details, product info, business logo, pictures for products, prices and pictures for the gallery. This info must be supplied at least 5 working days ahead for us to prepare the web site.
- The total cost for the website package to be paid in full before any work will commence. This includes the design and development of the website according to the agreed specifications.
- In addition to the initial website package cost, there will be an ongoing hosting and maintenance fee as per package chosen. This fee is due before the end of each month to ensure uninterrupted service.
- The client agrees to pay the hosting and maintenance fee in advance for the upcoming month to avoid any disruption in service. Failure to do so may result in the website being taken down until payment is received.
- Payments must be done between the 25th and last day of month. If no payment is received on time, then your website will be disabled and not shown until payment received. There might be a delay to activate the website again.
- The client acknowledges that the domain registration is free for the first 12 months as part of the package. Therefore, the client agrees not to cancel the agreement within the first 12 months. After this period, the client may cancel the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
- The website package includes all agreed-upon features and functionalities. Any additional requests or changes may incur extra costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before implementation.
- The client will also be responsible for any remaining fees owed for services provided up to the cancellation date.
- There are no refunds at all for any package or monthly fees.
- Photos must be best quality possible. Width and Height will depend on website layout.
- EaZy Products will not be liable for any claims due to hardware failure, down time, load shedding or any other circumstances out of our control.
- Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
- By signing agreement and or making payment, both parties agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions and or Agreement signed.
